We choose a good domain name, we find good local hosting, we build (or have built) a website coded to good standards, we utilize the tools that google, yahoo and bing offers to assist us. We ensure content is written in such a way that it clearly promotes our main products and services ... we do our best to ensure that we have done what it takes to get that website ranking in the our main search categories. So is it enough? Can I just leave it at that?
